To make valid orders/purchase requests for goods offered through the E-Store, the customer must register (by completing a registration form) and agree to the general terms and conditions for using the E-Store and/or place an order (by completing an electronic form) and express their consent to the general terms and conditions for purchase and sale through the E-Store.

Registration Information

The customer provides the following information to the E-Store: for individuals - first name, last name, address, phone number, and email; for legal entities - trade name, phone number, email, address, identification number/UIC, VAT number, and representative. The customer guarantees the accuracy of the data provided and must inform the E-Store of any changes. If false data is provided, the E-Store reserves the right to suspend the customer's registration and access.

Consent to the General Terms and Conditions

By checking the box "I agree to the General Terms and Conditions for Purchase and Sale through the E-Store" and clicking the "Continue" button, the customer makes an electronic declaration agreeing to the terms.

Order Confirmation

The E-Store confirms the receipt of the order by sending an email containing order information, including order price, payment method, delivery method, and a link to the general terms and conditions.
