General Terms and Conditions for Purchase and Sale through the Online Store

These general terms and conditions govern the procedure, method, and conditions for purchases and sales through the online store owned by ECOM AURORA LTD (hereinafter referred to as the "E-Store"). These terms constitute a purchase and sale agreement between BRUTAL LABEL LTD and the customer. BRUTAL LABEL LTD provides the customer with the opportunity to purchase goods offered through the E-Store by placing an order and paying the corresponding sale price while complying with these general terms and conditions. The customer can make valid purchase orders for goods offered through the E-Store only after agreeing to these general terms, which bind the customer to the terms and obligate them to comply.

I. General Provisions

For the purposes of these general terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

• BRUTAL LABEL LTD - A commercial company registered in Bulgaria, Town of Dryanovo, under UIC: 207616527. It offers goods and services online through the E-Store at brutallabel.com.
• Goods/Items - The items listed in the categories of the E-Store. Each item is described with its main characteristics, image, and sales price. BRUTAL LABEL LTD is not responsible if the information provided by the manufacturer about the item's characteristics is incorrect.
• Manufacturer - Any person or entity who, as part of their business, manufactures the goods offered through the E-Store.
• Customer - Any individual or legal entity who has registered a customer profile and/or placed an order in the E-Store, and who has agreed to these general terms and conditions.
• Customer Profile - The customer's information stored by the E-Store for the purposes of the agreement.
• Sale Price - The price per unit or specified quantity of goods, including VAT but excluding delivery costs unless otherwise specified.

II. Purchase and Sale through the E-Store of BRUTAL LABEL LTD

The publication of the main characteristics of the goods and their sale price on the E-Store constitutes a public offer under Article 290, Paragraph 1 of the Commercial Act to place an order for purchase in accordance with these terms.

Orders/Purchase Requests

To make valid orders/purchase requests for goods offered through the E-Store, the customer must register (by completing a registration form) and agree to the general terms and conditions for using the E-Store and/or place an order (by completing an electronic form) and express their consent to the general terms and conditions for purchase and sale through the E-Store.

Registration Information

The customer provides the following information to the E-Store: for individuals - first name, last name, address, phone number, and email; for legal entities - trade name, phone number, email, address, identification number/UIC, VAT number, and representative. The customer guarantees the accuracy of the data provided and must inform the E-Store of any changes. If false data is provided, the E-Store reserves the right to suspend the customer's registration and access.

Consent to the General Terms and Conditions

By checking the box "I agree to the General Terms and Conditions for Purchase and Sale through the E-Store" and clicking the "Continue" button, the customer makes an electronic declaration agreeing to the terms.

Order Confirmation

The E-Store confirms the receipt of the order by sending an email containing order information, including order price, payment method, delivery method, and a link to the general terms and conditions.

Payment Conditions

BRUTALLABEL.COM accepts the following cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, V Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Ensure your card is registered for online authentication schemes such as "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard SecureCode."

Procedure for Submitting a Purchase Order
